Jacopo Maria Carfi, founder of Master Real Estate, was born in Milan on June 27, 1987. He entered the real estate sector at the age of 22, in the midst of the global economic crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage collapse—a challenging context that shaped and strengthened his professional path from the very beginning.

He began his career as a property scout in the De Angeli/Gambara area, collaborating with major franchises such as Professionecasa, Gabetti, and Grimaldi. Within a few years, he developed strong commercial and managerial skills, eventually becoming branch manager of the historic Professione casa office on Via Lorenteggio and later coordinator of another branch in the Porta Romana area.

Driven by initiative, determination, and entrepreneurial vision, he founded Master Real Estate just five years after entering the industry. It was a bold choice: an independent firm, built from the ground up and deliberately distant from the logic of large franchising networks. The first office opened at Via Giorgio Washington 57 in Milan—a decision considered risky at the time, yet one that proved to be highly successful.
